"We all have the ability to win Gold whatever our circumstances" .
"Imagine being a promising athlete who could win Gold. You have extraordinary gifts say in the pool and the ability to win a Gold medal. But what is it that could prevent this? Your MINDSET. And, is no different in all areas of our lives. Whether we come from wealth, poverty, stand out education, or not .
It's inspiring to see athletes win Gold. Many have taken the hard road to get to the Olympics. Their gifts and importantly Mind has got them over the finishing line first. A coach at the Victorian Institute of Sport told me several years ago, that there can be 2 athletes. Both capable of winning Gold. But, the Mindset of One, in the same race will have this athlete touching the Wall first.
No different in our professional lives.
Go for Gold. Embrace an Olympic Mindset regardless of our world at present.
Stop listening to others. Remember those who have defied odds to win. Authors, Actor, Sarah Jessica Parker, Fashion Designer, Ralph Lauren.
Don't give up ever. Remember the famous Colonel Sanders story. How many times did he come back to sell his Kentucky Fried Chicken?
Today, what are you going to commit to, by paving the way for Gold at the end of 2021?

From Lockdown, Comeback revival
It all begins with an idea.
" What is One thing You Appreciate at this moment? Let Gratitude take over, not Lock down."
" Are you feeling fed up, exhausted, angry, alone as a result of another Lock down? Does life feel invaded upon, one where You have no control? You are not alone, but does this help?
"Would it be supportive to find a way or ways to manage this time as best You can? If so here are a few suggestions to help many come back with a sense of Purpose and Hope"
Morning, Gratitude. This is the most important time to set Yourself up for giving thanks. Just appreciating Waking up could be one.
Thanks for clothes to wear. Remember many people globally don't have choices and could have made your clothes.
Repeat, the words "Thank You" as you move into the day. This sounds ridiculously simple but keep up this practice and watch a more calm less stressed You emerge.
Remember, You are doing OK.
Try to be constant with a practice of daily Gratitude. "Thank You". It's Magical and works.

HOPE, GRATITUDE AND CREATIVITY, FOR SUCCESS.
It all begins with an idea.
"We all have the potential to turn massive challenges into massive wins. E.g Aussie speed skater Steven Bradbury came from behind to win Gold".
" Do you feel at present that you are... well.... a bit Behind, whether with Mindset, Work production, Energy, Hope and more. Remember that we are living in times never experienced and have the potential to do exactly as Steven Bradbury. Come from behind and win Gold?"
How? Here are some suggestions.
HOPE. Lock down, Virus "stop, start". What can you learn from adjusting to this way of working. Are you more Nimble, Innovative? Many organizations globally are restructuring "return to work benefits instead of challenges".
GRATITUDE. Has this odd time made you grateful for the simple things in life. Local Travel, Time with family, Adventurer discovering parts of neighborhood never seen.
CREATIVE. Have you viewed work from home with new eyes. New, Potential, more Time for YOU. Inspiring a way of working You Love, and can recreate wherever You Go.
Remember, YOU are doing really Well. Congratulations.

Brain open. Imagine embodying Your Superhero now. Be that person this week. Dress like them, in secret or not...Who are they? What do they represent? And remember they are already part of You. You would not have chosen Superhero 101 if they didn't exist within.
